What are your support hours during the launch phase?

While askelle is still a small team, we do not have clearly identified support hours. We want to make ourselves as available as possible to respond to your questions or resolve your issues. 

Outside of specific hours observed for maintenance and/or holiday schedules (which will be communicated to customers ahead of time), our response time will be within 24 hours of receiving the initial ticket.
