How do I provide feedback or suggest new features?

askelle thrives on feedback! Currently, we have a few ways you can provide feedback: 

1.  Feedback Survey Widget: 

  • On the left side of your askelle dashboard, you will see a “FEEDBACK” widget.
  • When you click on this widget, it will open a short survey that asks for feedback on the product. 

2. Support Ticket:

  • To submit feedback, you can also send in a support ticket in two ways: 
  1. Directly on the askelle Dashboard

  • In your askelle account, click the “Support” link on the bottom lefthand navigation bar
  • When you click the link, it will open up a new mail tab using your default email settings (Gmail, Outlook, Mail App)
  • Draft an email detailing your feedback and send.
  • This email will be automatically tracked in our ticketing system, and our Customer Experience Team will reply directly to your email. 
  1. Through the askelle Customer Knowledge Base

  • In your askelle account, click on the “Customer Knowledge Base” button on your Dashboard
  • On the top right of the askelle Customer Knowledge Base, click “Submit a Ticket”
  • Fill in the required fields, and draft a description explaining your feedback. 
  • Complete the reCAPTCHA and press “Submit”
  • This submission will be automatically tracked in our ticketing system, and any responses you receive from our Customer Experience Team will be directly sent to your email address. 

3. Social Media: 

  • Feel free to direct message us on LinkedIn, we actively review our page and can get back to you with a response there. 

In the coming weeks, askelle will be launching a dynamic public roadmap feature that will allow customers to review what is in the development pipeline at askelle, and provide feedback on what features and functionalities they would like to see in the future.
