Unlike standard open-source large language models, askelle uses documents you upload into Context Guidelines as the first source of information. When you prompt askelle’s AI, we will use your information first. Then, after assessing how it can answer your prompt with the provided documents, askelle will then reference the large language model to:
provide the logic for developing a relevant response
adjust the response based on the prompt you asked and how you asked the prompt to be responded to (any specific perimeters you gave)
add any additional context available that will enhance the quality of the response
When you interact with askelle’s AI, it will learn more about your preferences, and learn to fine tune itself to your unique business. askelle will continue to learn about your business as you:
ask prompts (seeking out any commonality on the types of prompts)
edit responses received
save responses received
delete responses received
avoid saving responses (leaving them unsaved)
askelle’s learning capability is best supported when customers opt-in to sharing business data, but the product will still show improvements for users even without opting-in.
